Wednesday July 5th 2017 will be a day NPP MP for Assin South Hon Kennedy Agyapong will forever wish he never lived in his political life.
Following the raging debate on the scandal that hit the Nation's bulk oil storage company BOST, the member of parliament made some very serious allegations against some Ghanaians and it gas landed him in two hefty separate suits.
Earlier this morning news broke about a suit filed at an Accra High Court on behalf of Mr. Senyo Hosi who is the Chief Executive officer of the Chamber of the Bulk Oil Distributors, Mr. Hosi have been accused by Mr Agyepong of allegedly trying to bribe the under fire BOST MD Mr Alfred Obeng Boateng with an amount of US$ 1 million, an allegations Mr. Senyo denied on an Accra based fm station Asempa FM.
Just as Mr. Hosi's suit was settling down another hefty one was filed by Dr. Dominic Ayine, who is the former deputy Attorney General of the republic of Ghana on behalf of Mr. Kingsley Kwame Awuah-Darko immediate MD of BOST.
Mr. Awuah-Darko is also accused by Kennedy Agyepong of looting to himself in excess of 100 million dollars when he was the MD of BOST, Mr. Awuah-Darko is seeking damages to the tune of ghc 5 million and a restraining order against Kennedy Agyepong from further making such wild allegations against his person
