Ekow Ewusi implicates Akufo-addo's In Law

Beleaguered Deputy Central Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Ekow Ewusi has in his caution statement to the police mentioned Charles Bissue, an in law of Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-addo as a key beneficiary of the sale of the missing excavators seized by the Inter Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining task force.
In his caution statement to the police, Mr. Ewusi indicated that he gave Mr. Charles Bissue, the Secretary to the Inter Ministerial committee on Illegal mining 25% commission for every excavator that was disposed off.
Mr. Ekow Ewusi, according to the minister for Environment, Science and Innovation was introduced to the committee by Mr. Charles Bissue who is also married to the niece of H.E. Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-addo, Maame Dokua, Deputy Minister for information in charge of Social media.
It will be recalled that Mr. Charles Bissue was implicated in the undercover investigation by ace investigative journalist Anas Aremiyaw Anas where he (Bissue) was seen between Ghc 5000 to 10000 for the issuance of licence for small scale mining.
Mr. Bissue was subsequently investigated and cleared by the Ghana Police service and Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-addo, he later married the niece of the President and had a baby girl recently in the United States of America
